At 218 Clothing + Gift, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are within the 30-day return window and are free from wear, stains, or odors to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix a shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
